Responsibilities
- Cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, public areas, and hotel facilities.
- Stocking housekeeping carts and replenishing amenities as required.
- Responding to guest requests promptly and courteously.
- Ensuring cleaning standards and hotel presentation meet brand expectations.
- Handling physical tasks such as lifting, moving, pushing, or pulling items up to 50 pounds.
- Following safety protocols, company policies, and confidentiality standards.
- Upholding a professional appearance and positive communication at all times.
- Assisting with other housekeeping duties assigned by management.
