Key Responsibilities
- Perform carpentry repairs, installations, and maintenance across hotel facilities.
- Construct, assemble, and repair wooden structures, furnishings, and fixtures.
- Assist in refurbishment projects, including doors, walls, countertops, cabinets, and decorative woodwork.
- Diagnose issues, recommend solutions, and ensure timely completion of work orders.
- Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to support property upkeep.
- Ensure tools, equipment, and materials are safely used and properly stored.
- Follow safety standards and comply with hotel operational policies.
Requirements
- Prior experience as a Carpenter, preferably within hospitality or facility maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of carpentry tools, construction methods, and repair techniques.
- Ability to read technical drawings or interpret specifications.
- Good physical fitness for manual work, including lifting and tool operation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic communication skills for reporting and task coordination.
