Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team during shutdown periods and onsite operations.
- Oversee valve removal, installation, and refurbishment activities.
- Ensure all maintenance work complies with quality standards and safety procedures.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to control and manual valves.
- Monitor workflow, allocate tasks, and ensure timely completion of servicing activities.
- Communicate job progress, issues, and supported findings in English to supervisors or management.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in control and manual valve servicing and refurbishment.
- Proven leadership experience, especially in shutdown projects.
- Ability to supervise teams and ensure high-quality servicing work.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Technical education background — Diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to understand, report, and communicate clearly in English.
