Responsibilities
General Duties
- Maintain knowledge of all spa and hotel policies, service procedures, and standards
- Contribute positively to the work environment
- Stay informed about all products and services offered
- Handle guest complaints with discretion and ensure follow-up
- Anticipate and respond promptly to guest needs
- Maintain confidentiality of company and client information
Operational Responsibilities
- Greet and consult with clients to understand preferences and needs
- Provide personalized beauty advice and styling suggestions
- Deliver high-quality hair services: cut, trim, color, style, and treatments
- Recommend hair care products and treatments
- Perform manicures and pedicures, including gel and acrylic applications
- Provide nail art and design services
- Sterilize equipment and maintain clean workstations
- Advise clients on nail and hair care products and techniques
- Offer hand and foot massages
- Up-sell treatments and beauty products appropriately
- Build client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Maintain operational stock levels for hair and nail supplies
Standard Responsibilities

Requirements
- Relevant certification or diploma in beauty, hair, or nail services
- Proven experience as a beauty stylist, nail technician, or hairdresser
- Strong knowledge of beauty and wellness products and treatments
- Ability to handle client complaints professionally
- Awareness of hygiene and sanitation standards
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Physically capable of standing and performing tasks for extended periods
Skills
- Expertise in hair cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments
