Responsibilities
- Transport food from the kitchen to guests efficiently, ensuring proper presentation and temperature.
- Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely service and resolve discrepancies.
- Uphold restaurant quality and aesthetic standards while handling dishes and interacting with guests.
- Respond to guest inquiries courteously and direct them to the appropriate team.
- Assist in clearing tables, resetting dining areas, and maintaining cleanliness at service stations.
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
- Support the team in maintaining a fast-paced and high-standard dining environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience in high-end or fine dining environments preferred.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

- Basic knowledge of menu items and ingredients (training provided).
- Physical stamina to stand and walk for long periods and carry trays safely.
