Responsibilities
- Welcome each guest with warmth and energy, ensuring an exceptional first impression.
- Manage your table section efficiently, maintaining smooth service and minimal waiting times.
- Master the restaurant’s menu and wine list to confidently guide and inspire guests.
- Collaborate with the front-of-house team and support runners to deliver seamless service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, adhering to the restaurant’s high standards.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role in high-paced restaurant environments is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences and attention to detail.
Skills
- Excellent customer service and hospitality skills.
- Knowledge of Italian cuisine and wine is a plus.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple tables simultaneously.
