McCain Produce Inc. is seeking a reliable General Labourer to join our Florenceville-Bristol, NB team. This full-time, temporary position supports production operations while ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities
- Promote a safe work environment and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Assist with preventive maintenance and repairs of equipment and facilities
- Perform loading and unloading of rail cars safely
- Work extended hours during peak seasons (Spring and Fall)
- Perform exterior physical labor in varying weather conditions
- Work in dusty environments as required
- Learn grading and cleaning techniques under the supervision of the Site Supervisor
- Operate equipment safely and assist with production operations as needed
Requirements
- Ability to work with minimal supervision in a team environment
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Strong sense of urgency and work ethic
- Willingness and ability to work at heights
- Experience operating forklifts, skid loaders, track mobiles, and ten-wheelers is an asset
