Responsibilities
Technical Design Director
- Lead technical design delivery including drawings, specifications, approvals, and authority coordination
- Ensure quality, buildability, and compliance across multiple projects
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and authorities
- Improve studio standards, QA processes, and mentor technical teams
Interior Designer — Senior
- Lead projects from concept through detailed design
- Manage client presentations and communication
- Protect design intent through coordination with FF&E and technical teams
- Guide and mentor junior designers
Interior Designer — Intermediate
- Support concept development and detailed design deliverables
- Prepare layouts, visuals, mood boards, schedules, and drawing sets
- Assist with presentations, reviews, and inter-department coordination
FF&E Designer
- Develop FF&E concepts, selections, and specifications
- Prepare procurement-ready schedules and manage supplier coordination
- Track budgets, samples, approvals, and value-engineering options
- Manage recruitment processes including screening, interviews, and offers
- Handle HR operations such as onboarding, offboarding, contracts, and policies
- Support performance documentation and basic compliance requirements
Requirements
- Relevant professional experience based on the selected role
- Strong understanding of interior design, technical delivery, or HR operations
- Experience working in fast-paced, multi-project environments
- Portfolio required for all design-related roles
- Currently based in or willing to relocate to Dubai
