Responsibilities
As a Warehouse Storeperson, your key responsibilities will include:
- Performing picking, putaways, receipting, and damaged goods removal
- Supporting Health & Safety initiatives through daily TALK meetings and incident reporting
- Assisting with Continuous Improvement activities across warehouse shifts
- Supporting Quality Assurance programs including food safety, housekeeping audits, and pest control
- Coordinating with Inventory Control to reduce delivery errors, damages, and stock discrepancies
- Managing stock accuracy, bin control, and SAP adjustments
- Supporting dispatch, storage, and container handling operations
- Resolving store issues efficiently to maintain customer satisfaction
Requirements
To be successful in this role, candidates should have:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Problem-solving and analytical abilities with basic mathematical skills
- The ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Computer literacy, including intermediate Excel skills
- A customer-focused mindset with attention to detail
