Responsibilities

  • Act as a role model, demonstrating sales leadership and fostering cross-selling and client repurchase
  • Maximize business opportunities through effective sales floor management and visible presence
  • Cultivate a culture of excellent customer service; resolve complaints or escalate as needed
  • Drive sales and maximize customer satisfaction
  • Review customer complaints and propose improvements to service standards
  • Support store supply chain by controlling inventory, receiving, displays, turnover, and returns
  • Ensure merchandising reflects trading period needs in line with the Printemps Marketing Calendar
  • Formulate pricing policies, authorize clearance sales, and study market trends
  • Promote a positive work/store environment and contribute to team development

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in luxury retail or a similar industry
  • Arabic nationality required
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and teach team members
  • Experience drafting operational manuals and setting store standards
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and commercial skills
  • Effective stock and inventory management skills
  • Ability to work with leaders to maintain consistency across stores
