Responsibilities
- Operate mobile cranes safely and efficiently at site locations.
- Perform lifting operations according to load charts and safety guidelines.
- Coordinate with riggers, signalmen, and site supervisors to ensure safe operations.
- Conduct daily inspections and preventive maintenance checks on cranes.
- Report any mechanical issues or safety hazards immediately.
- Adhere to all HSE rules, company policies, and client instructions.
- Maintain accurate records of crane operations, hours, and maintenance.
- Handle equipment professionally to prevent damage or downtime.
Requirements
- Valid UAE Crane Operator License (RTA or recognized 3rd Party certificate).
- Proven experience operating mobile cranes (specific years can be added).
- Strong knowledge of lifting plans, load charts, and safety requirements.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Physically fit and able to work in outdoor conditions.
