Responsibilities
- Respond quickly to guest repair and maintenance requests
- Perform painting, masonry, and general maintenance work
- Conduct preventive maintenance on tools and equipment
- Inspect tools and machinery to ensure proper operation
- Locate and operate equipment shut-off valves when required
- Track maintenance inventory and request supplies as needed
- Record and hand over unfinished tasks at shift changes
- Follow all safety, security, and company procedures
- Report hazards, accidents, or maintenance issues immediately
- Maintain a clean, professional uniform and appearance
- Assist guests politely and address service needs promptly
- Work closely with team members to achieve shared goals
- Lift, climb, bend, reach, and carry items as part of daily tasks
Requirements
- Hold a technical, trade, or vocational school qualification
- Have at least two years of relevant maintenance experience
- Possess experience in painting, masonry, or general repairs
- No supervisory experience required
- No license or certification required
- Understand workplace safety standards and procedures
- Handle physically demanding work with confidence
- Pay close attention to detail and quality
