The Sales Associate / Content Creator role at The Art of Cardz (AOC) in Doha, Qatar, is a dynamic position that blends retail sales with creative content creation. This role is ideal for individuals who are customer-focused, socially savvy, and passionate about gaming, trading card games, or pop culture. You’ll be responsible for delivering excellent in-store service while producing engaging digital content to support the brand and community.

Responsibilities

Sales & Store Operations

  • Provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge
  • Drive sales through recommendations, upselling, and promotions
  • Support daily store operations, merchandising, and stock handling
  • Assist during tournaments, trade nights, and in-store events

Content Creation & Brand Support

  • Capture and create content for social media, including posts, stories, reels, and short videos
  • Take photos and videos in-store and during events
  • Design simple visual content such as posters, social media graphics, and event announcements
  • Assist with content planning and posting in coordination with the Marketing team
  • Ensure all content aligns with AOC brand tone and guidelines

Community Engagement

  • Engage with trading card game (TCG) players, collectors, and store visitors in-store and online
  • Support community events, product launches, and activations
  • Act as a brand ambassador for The Art of Cardz

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in retail sales, content creation, or a related role
  • Working knowledge of Canva; Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator is a plus
  • Basic understanding of Instagram and TikTok content formats
  • Comfortable appearing on camera and interacting with customers
  • Strong visual sense and attention to detail
  • Interest in TCG, gaming, or pop culture is an advantage
  • Energetic, organized, and able to multitask
