Job Responsibilities
As a Security Officer, you will:
- Ensure safety and security for all guests, employees, and property.
- Maintain a secure, welcoming, and luxurious environment.
- Support day-to-day security operations across the resort.
- Assist guests professionally in all security-related matters.
- Conduct regular patrolling of resort premises and monitor CCTV systems.
- Control access and verify entry for guests, staff, and contractors.
- Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, and emergencies.
- Report and document all security activities accurately.
- Coordinate with various departments to maintain smooth resort operations.
- Enforce security procedures, safety standards, and emergency protocols.
- Assist during VIP visits, events, and crowd control situations.
- Uphold the company’s culture of wellness and sustainability.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- Security certification preferred.
Experience
- Previous experience in security or similar roles.
- Exposure to multicultural work environments.
- Pre-opening hospitality experience is an advantage.

- CPR and First Aid.
