Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site activities, ensuring projects progress according to schedule and design specifications.
- Support clients with FF&E procurement.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure adherence to drawings, UAE standards, specifications, and safety regulations.
- Provide regular progress reports and documentation.
- Identify site issues and propose timely, smart solutions.
- Oversee installation of joinery, MEP coordination, finishes, and FF&E.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation, snag lists, and site records.
- Conduct kick-off meetings, regular site meetings, and snagging processes.
- Support the design team with shop drawing and material submittal reviews and approvals.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out or construction.
- Strong understanding of architectural drawings, shop drawings, and site execution.
- Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
- Eye for aesthetics and understanding of design principles and the local market.
- UAE driving license and own car are mandatory.
