Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls from horse owners during emergency situations.
- Act as the calm, caring voice connecting clients to on-call veterinarians.
- Record accurate client and case information.
- Provide timely updates and support to veterinary teams.
- Ensure professional and empathetic communication at all times.
Requirements
- High level of reliability and punctuality.
- Ability to work independently from a quiet space with a good phone connection.
- Comfortable handling urgent and sensitive situations.
